Who we are
BENETool operates this website and acts as the data controller for personal information submitted through it.
What we collect
We collect information you voluntarily submit through the contact form, including your name, email address, organization and message. We also store your cookie preference in local storage. No analytics or tracking is currently active.
How we use it
We use submitted information solely to respond to partnership, pilot and technical enquiries. We never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679, processing is based on your consent for the cookie preference and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from your last contact with us. They are then deleted unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing relationship continues. Your cookie preference remains in local storage until you clear your browser data or change it through Cookie Settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, request a copy of it, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
